Welcome to the Virtual Exhibition for the Pass of Birnam to Tay Crossing section of the A9 Dualling Programme
This Virtual Exhibition will present the draft Orders, including the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO), and the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) for the proposed scheme, which were published on 30 May 2025. This marked the start of a formal, eight-week consultation period.
Around the room, you’ll find more details on the proposed scheme development and assessment, copies of the draft Orders (including the CPO) and EIAR, and details of the statutory processes which are being followed.
Representations, including objections, to the draft Orders and the EIAR can be made to Transport Scotland during this eight-week consultation period, which closes on 25 July 2025. Details of how to do so can be found in the Virtual Exhibition Room.
An in-person Public Exhibition will be taking place at Birnam Arts & Conference Centre (Birnam, Dunkeld, PH8 0DS) between 11am and 8pm on Wednesday 11 June, and between 10am and 6pm on Thursday 12 June 2025.
